The Membership Committee identifies and pursues opportunities where it can best promote the organization to increase sponsorship and membership. The Committee reviews the membership fee structure and recommend any necessary changes to the BCCGA Board, conducts an ongoing membership drive, and develops a marketing membership strategy designed to engage all relevant stakeholder groups.

The Committee also reviews opportunities for obtaining outside funding such as grants to promote the development of the organization. The Committee is responsible for the development, reproduction, and dissemination of BCCGA promotional materials.
